All of our products are sourced to make life easier for left-handers.  They are either specifically designed for left-handed use or they are truly suitable for left- and right-handed use.
We source products from around the world, testing each one for function, quality and value before we decide to add it to our range. If we would not be happy to buy it for ourselves then we won't sell it.
We are always searching the globe for new products and customers are invited to make suggestions for new product offerings.
All products are guaranteed to perform as they were designed. Our Returns Policy ensures fairness if ever things aren't quite as expected.
We specify reduced product packaging from our suppliers and we use only recyclable padded bags and cartons for all deliveries in order to help protect our fragile environment.

Our prices may not always be the cheapest in the country, but they provide excellent value for the quality of product we sell.
Our comprehensive range of products allows customers to find almost everything in one place.
We charge a flat $9.00 delivery fee to anywhere in Australia, no matter how big or small the order is. This ensures our customers always know the total cost at the time of ordering.
And we give free delivery when you spend more than $125.00 in products (Australian delivery addresses only).

We don't just sell products. We have a huge section of the website dedicated to providing information for left-handers, parents and teachers - free of charge.
Orders may be placed online, via email or by phone or standard mail, whichever method our customers feel most comfortable with.
Payment can be made by credit card, direct deposit, PayPal, cheque or money order - again, whichever method they feel most comfortable with.
When an order is received, it is usually dispatched within 1-3 working days using the extensive national delivery network of Australia Post. Orders paid by cheque may be delayed slightly, but only long enough for the cheque to be cleared by the banks.
All products are held in stock for immediate delivery. In the unlikely event of a back-order, customers are advised immediately and the missing item is supplied as soon as it arrives in our store and at no additional charge.
When an order is placed, our customers receive a confirmation email. An update email is sent when we are processing the order. And a third email is sent when the order has been shipped, giving the order tracking details and a link to follow its progress.
