Payment Methods

We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard, PayPal, direct deposit, cheque, postal money order. Cheques and money orders should be made payable to ‘Lefty’s Left Handed Products’. Banking details for direct deposits are supplied in the order confirmation email.  Orders will be held until cheques and debits are cleared by our bank. Dishonoured cheques are subject to a $20.00 service charge.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive. Freight charges are not included (see below). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Postage & Handling Charges

All orders require payment of a P&H charge of $9.50 to anywhere in Australia.
Express delivery using Australia Post’s Express Post service can be selected for an additional charge to anywhere in Australia (Australia Post terms and locations apply). Simply select the Express Post option at checkout.
Deliveries to locations outside Australia are charged postage based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. Orders received from overseas locations will have this charge calculated during the check-out process. 
Please consider these charges in your calculations.

Delivery

Orders will be delivered using Parcel Post by Australia Post.
If you are not home, a card may be left in your letterbox advising you of the nearest post office to collect your delivery.
Requests by customers for orders to be “left at the front door if not home” (or similar) will be honoured and labelled on the package. Such deliveries will be at the customer’s own risk. Lefty’s will not be responsible for any missing orders where such requests have been made.
Orders to overseas addresses will be made using the most cost-effective method possible to ensure it arrives safely, and in a reasonable time period.

Sale of Knives

NSW Law prohibits the sale of knives and blades of any type to children under 16 years of age. Proof of age is required for any such transaction. If you order any knives, we will contact you to verify your details before proceeding with processing your order.

Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately by email or phone advising of the reason and details of your purchase.
We shall then advise you of the correct method of return.
Please include a copy of the original sales receipt and whether you require a replacement or refund.
